1.1. We offer refunds on our services in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned below.

1.2. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made directly through our website.

2. Eligibility for Refunds:

2.1. Our services are eligible for a no questions asked refund if refund request is raised within 3 sessions from the first session of a course.

3.Non-Eligiblity for Refunds:

3.1. Our services are not eligible for a refund if refund request is raised after 3 sessions from the first session of a course.

4.Refund Amount:

4.1 We will issue 100% refund if you have requested for a refund within 3 sessions of making the payment via UPI. In case you have made a payment via Razorpay, the payment gateway will deduct a nominal amount (2% ) towards payment gateway fee and refund the rest in your original mode of payment.

 

5. Refund Process:

5.1. To request a refund, you must contact us within 3 sessions from the date of purchase, providing the following details: a) Order number or transaction ID. b) Reason for the refund request. (optional) c) Supporting evidence, such as invoice or other relevant documentation.

5.2. We will review your refund request and respond within the same day to notify you of the outcome.

5.3.When your refund request is approved: a) We will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. b) Please note that the refund may take additional time to process depending on your financial institution.

5.4. If your refund request is denied, we will provide you with a detailed explanation of the reason for the denial.
